I have handled about 4 fluorites like this from Huanggang, they have a very deep blue-green color that is only visible in sunlight.  Under incandescent or fluorescent lighting is looks very dull, so they obviously require the correct lighting.

There is some damage, but this is also one of the rarest colors for fluorite from the mine.  The color (in sunlight) is somewhere in between that of the image at right and those in the bottom row.
