A large, hefty, and slightly fan shaped ilvaite crystal from Inner Mongolia. I have not seen very many with this habit. Pieces like this are the type that although (relatively) cheap now, will undoubtedly become "contemporary classics." It"s hard to see that now, in the midst of all the pieces being found at the Huanggang Mines, but the same was the case with the many Yaogangxian minerals, the Tongbei garnet/ smokey quartz, etc...
